I personally found this prequel a tad confusing. I love how it's altered and twisted (hence the fact I never saw who Sleeping Beauty really is until it came hurtling towards me), as well as the author keeping us in the know for the previous 2 prequels, but it was just confusing. There were too many fairy tales mixed into one: Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan, Dracula, etc. There were also modern stories (not modern) mixed in as well. I wasn't really confused with the modern stories mixed in, but the amount of fairy tales threw me out of orbit (figuratively speaking. I'm not Mars, you know :p).
Of course... Draco Malfoy isn't exactly as famous Dracula. Draco Malfoy may be famous in present day with movie terms, but in the overall ground, Dracula is more famous (and I believe he was famous longer than Draco as well).
While I like the idea and creativity behind the story, it just didn't stick as well as the first two. It just left me with a "Huh?" kind of view.
